If you’ve had a problem with your PowerBark shipment, please contact us by phone Toll Free (855)677-4056 within 48 hours to report the problem:
1) Problems include damaged PowerBark upon delivery, a lost shipment or dissatisfaction with the product.
2) Invoice number and tracking information needed.
